• Use any automated system to access our services without permission

Performance Modifications Disclaimer

Performance modifications can affect your vehicle's warranty, emissions compliance, and insurance coverage. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. TierTuner provides information and services but does not guarantee specific performance results.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on our platform. By posting content, you grant TierTuner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our services.

Limitation of Liability

TierTuner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

Refund Policy

Digital products and tuning files are non-refundable once delivered. Physical products may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Installation services are non-refundable once performed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
